For vendors
A confidential sale, run properly.
Appraisal, Information Memorandum, NDA-gated buyers, offers, settlement — one opinionated process, two sets of eyes on every step. Your practice keeps trading; the sale stays yours to announce.
The process
How a confidential sale runs.
Most of our sales settle without ever being publicly advertised. This is the path each one follows.
Appraisal
It starts with the numbers. We analyse your last three years — normalised, benchmarked and modelled — and put a defensible value range on the practice. You know what it is worth, and what the market will pay, before anyone knows it is for sale. We only take a practice to market once we've appraised it — priced to be realistic and achievable, never inflated to win the listing. The appraisal costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. The Information Memorandum
We build the IM once, properly: the practice's story, its numbers and its prospects, written for a buyer's accountant as much as the buyer. The public only ever sees the anonymised teaser — a region and a set of traits, never your name.
NDA-gated buyers
Matched buyers from our registered book hear about the practice first. The IM — and your identity — is released only under a signed NDA, one buyer at a time, and we know where every copy is.
Offers
Offers come through us, in writing, against the same IM — comparable, qualified and financed. We present every one and tell you which is strongest — which isn't always the highest. We run the negotiation, so you can keep practising while it happens.
Settlement
Legal liaison, finance milestones, handover planning — managed to the day the keys change hands; and if you need them, we'll introduce trusted medical-sector solicitors and accountants, or work alongside your own. Your team and your patients hear the news from you, when you choose.
What Elmvia does differently
Built for one kind of sale.
Dental, and only dental
We sell dental practices — not businesses, not real estate. Every appraisal, IM and negotiation draws on a market we watch full-time, from single-surgery rooms to seven-figure groups.
Two specialists, two disciplines
One of us runs the campaign, the conversations and the legal liaison; the other runs all financial analysis — appraisals, valuation modelling, the numbers. Every deal is touched by both.
A buyer book, not a billboard
More than 700 registered, finance-qualified buyers are matched to your practice before it is advertised anywhere wider. Most sales begin with a phone call, not a listing.
“The first my team heard of the sale was when I introduced the new owner — as a colleague.”

The first step
Book a confidential conversation
One call, in confidence, no obligation. Tell us a little about the practice and we'll come back to you within one business day — discreetly. If it helps, we can put you in touch with past vendors who'll speak to you in confidence.
